YHTEINEN TAVOITE: Pyrin tiedostamaan ryhmän tavoitteet ja minulle ominaiset tavat joilla voin tukea sitä sekä välttämään tavoitetta haittaavia tapoja toimia. Kannan vastuuni yhteisön ilmapiirin luomisessa. Huomioin kaikki ryhmäläiset, heidän erilaiset persoonallisuustyyppinsä ja viestintätapansa.
ARVOSTUS: Pyrin tunnistamaan ja tunnustamaan jokaisen yksilön lahjoja ja näkemyksiä, vaikka ne poikkeaisivat omistani. En pyri käännyttämään ketään omaan näkemykseeni.

RAJAT: Kunnioitan muiden rajoja sekä asetan ja suojaan omia rajojani. Kun kunnioitan toisen rajoja, se on merkki kunnioituksesta.
RISTIRIITOJEN RATKAISU: Suostun antamaan ja vastaanottamaan palautetta tavalla, joka toimii itselleni ja muille avoimesti, kunnioittavasti, rehellisesti ja myötätuntoisesti. Kysyn lupaa ennen palautteen antamista. Pysyn asiassa enkä mene henkilökohtaisuuksiin.

HEALING: Our world has left us with deep wounds in many different ways. In my part, I seek to create space for these wounds to heal at an individual level, and in doing so, support Wonderia’s broader goals for humanity.
INNER WEALTH: I take care of my own inner emotional, spiritual and mental needs and set aside enough time for myself.
GRATITUDE: I strive to find things to be grateful for every day. I try to express gratitude to others whenever I have the opportunity.
